Vacancy Announcement for the position of: Officer- HR & Admin

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • To implement the core HR practices under company policy, to ensure professional HR services and update it as per requirement.
  • ¬†Regular administrative work that includes daily attendance, leave, safety, recruitment, Legal & Corporate Affairs.
  • Adequate & stable knowledge on MS Office package.
  • Maintain the employee's Personal file with all related papers as updated.
  • Develop Human Resource policy.
  • Follow up proper employee's leave management, recruitment, and selection, personal file updating system with leave from, increment & promotion record according to the company's policy.
  • Develop the strategy to establish appropriate HR processes and practices in the organization as per management's directives to meet the needs of the growing organization, if required.
  • To handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline.
  • Overall supervision of admin matters with the highest degree of efficiency (knowledge of labor law desirable).
  • Be an Effective Communicator between the Management and staff in order to run the company smoothly.
  • To visit different units regularly to handle and ensure company's administration issues.
  • Any other tasks assigned by management.

Educational and Experience:

  • BBA/ MBA major in HRM from any reputed University or Institutions.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): General HR, Recruitment & Selection, Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Training & Development.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age Limit: 25 to 30 years
  • Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
  • Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work on MS-Word & Excel for keeping records and generating reports on regular basis.
  • Knowledge on compensation and benefit.
  • Knowledge on employee development plan.
  • Attitude to work with the team.
  • Able to do multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Needs to have proven working experience as a HR officer.
  • Considerable knowledge/ understanding of Human Resource Management & Administration.

Job Location: Dhaka
