You are solely responsible for the security of Your account, Profile, and passwords, as applicable. You may not share Your password or other account access information with anyone else, either temporarily or permanently, and You are liable for any and all uses of Your Chakri.com Site registrations and passwords, whether or not you authorized them. You promise to contact Chakri.com immediately if your account, Profile, or passwords are used without your permission.
Employers are entirely responsible for the content of their job posts on Chakri.com Sites. With respect to Your use of any Chakri.com Site, Chakri.com is not an employer, and Chakri.com is not liable for any hiring decisions made by any company posting positions on any Chakri.com Site, for whatever reason.
You understand and agree that if You cancel or terminate Your employer account, all of your Chakri.com account information, including stored resumes, network contacts, and email mailing lists, will be listed as deleted in Chakri.com's databases and may be removed. Due to delays in propagating such deletions through Chakri.com's web servers, information may remain viewable for a period of time.
Chakri.com retains the right to limit the number of e-mails that an employer may send to Users to a level that Chakri.com considers suitable in its sole discretion in order to safeguard our Chakri.com Users from commercial advertising or solicitation. You must comply with all applicable privacy and data protection laws when using Chakri.com Networking and Profiles.
You must use the Resume Database in accordance with these Terms and any other agreement you have with Chakri.com. You agree to use the Resume Database in accordance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws, and you agree not to disclose any of the data from the Resume Database to any third party unless you are an authorized recruitment agency, staffing agency, advertising or other agency, or unless you are explicitly using the resume for employment purposes.
You may not use the Resume Database in any way that, in Chakri.com's sole judgement, has a negative impact on Chakri.com's business, business prospects, the performance or function of any Site or the Resume Database, or interferes with other subscribers' ability to access the Resume Database.
You must take reasonable physical, technological, and administrative precautions to secure the information collected from Resume Database from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction. You must not share your Resume Database seat-based license login credentials or your Resume Database pay-per-view license login credentials with anyone else.
You will be requested to login with your mobile number or create an account and fill up specific information, such as your name, post code, career and education level, and a valid email address, when you register with any Chakri.com Site ("Information").
Any profile you submit must be accurate and accurately reflect you as a unique individual. You understand and agree that the form, content, and correctness of any resume or anything contained therein that You post on the Chakri.com Sites is completely your responsibility. Chakri.com maintains the right to present You with third-party services and products based on the preferences you specify on registration and at any time subsequently.
You understand and acknowledge that You have no ownership rights in Your account, and that if You cancel or terminate Your Chakri.com account, all of Your account information from Chakri.com, including resumes, Profiles, cover letters, saved jobs, and questionnaires, will be marked as deleted in and may be deleted from Chakri.com's databases, and will be removed from any public area of the Chakri.com Site. Due to delays in propagating such deletions through Chakri.com's system, information may remain available for a period of time.
After a period of inactivity, Chakri.com reserves the right to deactivate Your account and all of Your information.
