Job Title: Local Administrator
 

Job Description/ Responsibility

Perform specifically identified administrative activities in the local legal entity. The administrative activities are performed as a service for other functional area owners, to support different processes as per below-

  • Perform local payment and tax activities
  • Perform local travel and expense activities
  • Perform records retention activities
  • Perform company cards activities
  • Perform local HR activities
  • Perform local car fleet activities
  • Perform local REFM activities
  • Perform local invoices activities
  • Perform local IT activities
  • Provide driver services
  • Perform local OHS activities
  • Perform delivery specialist activities
  • Perform local additional activities
  • Drive and improve operational excellence

Job Requirements

  • Graduate degree or equivalent qualification/experience
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • English Communication Skills
  • Business Process Knowledge
  • Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
  • Local Laws & Regulations Knowledge
  • Taxation Knowledge
  • Project Management Skills

Salary: BDT 60,000 to 1,00,000
