RSF-SIBL Agent Banking  

Job Purpose Statement:

Manage RSF-SIBL Agent Banking activities ensuring success in its mission, achieve strategic aims and objectives through fulfilling entrusted responsibilities. The Branch in Charge shall also strive to foster an environment that add value to the organization and facilitate customer growth.

Number of Position : 50
Educational Qualification : Masters in any discipline from a reputed University with good academic background.
Age : 25+ Years
Experience : Minimum 2 years of micro finance/agent banking experience is preferred.
Knowledge : Adequate knowledge about Agent Banking, marketing & sales, micro credit management.
Skills :

Must possess strong skills related to problem solving, high level of interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point & Trouble shooting.

Personal Attributes : trong customer-centered approach, extrovert, business development and customer acquisition, highest ethical and professional behavior.
Salary Range : Monthly pay, attractive commission and other benefit as per company policy.
Job Location : Anywhere in Bangladesh
Special Requirement : Candidates must be financially sound to manage day to day operation of the branch. He is to pay BDT 2,00,000 (Two lac) as refundable security deposit.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Run the office independently as an independent branch of a bank.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate among the stakeholders for AB business expansion.
  • Strive for new customer acquisition, fund increment and product promotion through careful marketing and communication.
  • Manage day to day maintenance and operation of the branch.
  • Ensure customer transactions as integrated to the SIBL Core Banking System.
  • Ensure real time transaction confirmation through SMS and printed receipt;
  • Ensure every transactions entry into the SIBL Agent Banking software on time;
  • Coordinate with SIBL branches and collect related documents;
  • Communicate to the customers all offers and promotions available by SIBL;
  • Prepare and send weekly target Vs achievement report on time;
  • Market survey, acquire customers’ demand and report;
  • Maintain office hour from 9:00 am to 4:00 PM every day except Govt. holidays;
  • Recruitment of new staff for the outlet, seek for training for all his/her staffs;
  • Ensure safety and security of the outlet and cash;
  • Marketing of banking products and searching for new customer;
  • Build up relation with the local community, business entities, NGOs, social workers and other financial institutes;

Common Activities:

  • Ensure all transactions are correct and timely posted in ERP related to Agent.
  • Make sure smooth management of cash flow, banking activities and load management.
  • Ensure optimum customer service and support on time.
  • Educate customer about AB facilities, product and services.
