Job responsibilities for the candidate:
- Prepare daily and monthly outstanding fund report.
- Check & verify all kind of accounting bill-vouchers and ledger such as: Accessories bill, sub contract bill, purchase bill, and various expenses bill etc.
- Check & verify Bank reconciliation, party payment reconciliation, and intercompany reconciliation.
- Regular checking of all kinds of transport Logistics and distribution related expenses.
- Pre & post audit of salary sheet and overtime sheet monthly basis with all supporting documents.
Job Nature: Full time
- Graduation in Accounting/ Finance.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with construction site background.
- Must have sound knowledge in Tax, VAT and other relevant laws & regulations.
- Must be well conversant with accounting software.
- Ability to manage and work under pressure.
- Energetic, confident and proactive.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Should have skill in Microsoft Office Application.
- Well disciplined.
