Responsibilities for this position may include but not limited to:
- Daily customer visit and follow up accordingly.
- Creating new corporate/ industrial or group customer to accrue the sales target.
- Prepare daily work report as well as week closing report at the weekend.
- Time to time report to the supervisor.
- Able to find some new corporate house who will be eligible to buying our product.
- To create a strong data base and able to handle it independently.
- Building a strong relationship with the customer.
- Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
- Age limit: Maximum 35 years
- Masters/ MBA (Major in Marketing) from any reputed university. (Relaxation on experienced & truly deserving candidates)
- At least 5 years of experience in Premium Real Estate Companies.
- Candidates having relevant work experience in Real Estate Company are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Good communication & negotiation skill.
- Strong leadership skill.
- Ability to work under pressure.
