Roshawa Spinning Mils Ltd. is a 100% export oriented yarn manufacturing unit, engaged in producing same percent cotton yarn. This unit has been established in 14 acres of land with 33,264 Ring Spindles. Erection of the unit commenced in 1996 with world class textile yarn producing machineries of European and Japanese origin. Commercial production started in 2003.

Position Vacant: Deputy General Manager (Accounts & Finance)

Key Job Responsibilities:


  • Maintain all sorts of accounting entries in Tally ERP software independently.
  • Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & statutory accounts.
  • Supervising inventories, receivable, payable and General Accounting function etc.
  • Develop and maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit control, and petty cash
  • Track and ensure recovery all accounts payable within and outside the organization.
  • Support the management in arriving at profitability analysis, product pricing, project costing, budgeting, MIS etc.
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects
  • Ensure adequate cash flow to meet the organization's needs.
  • To guide the concerned Accounts team in financial management, including financial planning, budget, and control to obtain the highest service advantage with a minimum cost impact.


  • Establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual budget and report variance report.
  • Prepare Master budget and foresee the collective controlling on it.
  • Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control.
  • Compares previous year's budgets and try to improve the drawbacks.


  • Cost Benefit Analysis of each activity in business Processes, identifying key and critical processes to operate at optimum Cost.
  • Advise the top management about overall financial position of all concerns of the Group
  • To perform any other task as assigned by the management or superior.
  • Preparation, analysis and interpreting of financial statement of the company.
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Any other task assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

  • MBA/ M.com from any reputed university
  • Age 40 to 50 year(s)

  • Minimum 10 years of working experiences in relevant position.
