There is a vacancy for the following regular position based at LAMB head Office, Parbatipur, Dinajpur:

Position : Grants and Compliance Manager - Program

Job Summary: The Grants and Compliance Manager (Program) works under the supervision of the Executive Assistant and coordinates closely with the, Grants and Compliance Manager - Finance (GCM-F), Organizational Development Advisor, other Department Directors, Project Managers and Project Officers (and Project Accounts as necessary) to ensure proper program management and program compliance of all LAMB Grants and Agreements in line with LAMB’s policy, mission, vision and values. This position plays an integral part in setting up and maintaining program compliance monitoring systems; tracking donor reporting for all programs; producing program compliance reports; works with and updates a PIP summary and overview of all grants in coordination with the GCM-Finance; and contributes to the development of strong relationships with donors and building the capacity of others involved in program management.

Essential Requirements: Master degree in any disciplines, MPH or related masters is preferred with 10 years’ experience in community health or social development program and minimum 3 years’ experience in managing grants and donors compliance. Communicate in English language, written and spoken, proposal budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management.

Age: Minimum 35 years.

Salary: Around Tk. 55,000 - 65,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include medical care, Provident Fund and Festival allowance.
