iSocial is looking for a dynamic leader of the Operations team, which is the heart of ‘Kallyani model’. Kallyani model is a social e-business platform with a network of women agents at the door-step of village community.
Chief Operating Officer
Leading the operations of Kallyani model comprising deployment, training and sales.
Developing and implementing work plan in line with the business model through three teams: deployment, training and sales.
Being accountable for KPI of the Business Operations team and facilitating team members to work for result
Ensure deployment of Territory Managers, Hub Managers and Kallyanis as per business model
Ensure sales target is met as a whole and for each of the hubs and Kallyanis
Ensure sales target for ‘training for employment’
Deployment of digital solutions and ensuring their utilization at each level
Monitoring performance through digital dashboard and undertake action based on the dashboard indicators
Delegate responsibilities and make everybody accountable through automated process management system.
Update business model in association with other heads and CEO every 2 months
Update D-Space with all relevant final documents every week for the whole team.
Visit territory, hub and Kallyani work place periodically for encouraging and strengthening relationship with local stakeholders.
Business education from reputed academic institutions at home or abroad
Training on business project management, business model development
Experience in managing large team
Experience in managing field operations
Experience in automation of decision making process
Knowledge in Human Centered Design tools and process
Knowledge and practice in KPI setting and monitoring
Knowledge of state-of the-art team management methods.
