Job Title: Call Center Executive

Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Conduct & follow-up US based service calls, hunting calls to all clients to ensure customer’s satisfaction. Mail Communication with clients, and agent’s
  • Must be able to work in Night shift or roaster basis.
  • Must be experienced and  capable in target oriented job
  • Able to work as a team member and give proxy during absence of supervisor.
  • Other assigned work by the superior’s as and when required.
  • Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
  • Need to provide excellent customer service and give precise information to the customer, ensuring Customer satisfaction

Job Nature: Three months (03) probation period, then Permanent.

Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduate (renowned private university) BBA/MBA, Anyone with good knowledge in English and good typing speed can apply. IELTS completion candidate will get extra preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Age 25 to 35 year(s). Experienced person will get extra preferences.
  • Good Typing speed in English and must be fluent in English. 
  • Must be experienced in one year. (Minimum)

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary Range: 12000 +
