Job Title: Territory Sales Officer
 

Job Description/ Responsibility

  • Achieve sales and distribution objectives & targets as defined for the territory
  • Develop a strong relationship with the distributors field forces and guide, monitor, support the 3rd party sales force
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationship through providing consistent service & ensuring right benefits to the right trade outlets
  • Effective implementation of trade engagement programs
  • Execute the visual merchandising strategy and maintain high quality maintenance
  • Provide support on the execution of consumer engagement activities
  • Propose initiatives as per geography dynamics, report on relevant market information to develop appropriate strategies for a sustainable long term business growth.

Required Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline from govt. recognized/affiliated university/College.

Job Requirements

  • Age at most 35 years.
  • Only males are allowed to apply.
  • Minimum 1 years of experience is preferred in Direct Sales.
  • Should have own motorbike.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Business acumen, customer and goal oriented.
  • Flexible to being posted in any place in Bangladesh.

Salary: BDT 35000-50000
