Job Description/ Responsibility:
- Handling client escalation related to operations
- Planing daily contacts and visits to manage/ acquire customers
- Implementing business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations and proposals), acquisition visits, retention actions.
- Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs
- Promoting cross selling and up selling actions.
- Drawing up business proposals, responsible for the right quote.
- Drawing up agreement with client companies.
- Contacting the customer for debt recovery.
- Market coverage & Cracking competition.
- Conducting persuasive, effective presentations and demonstration of VF services to decision makers of corporate clients.
- Extensive co-ordination with the other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations for both the external/ internal customers.
Job Nature: Entry Level, Contractual
- Graduation/ Master's in any discipline from reputed University.
- Both male/ female are allowed to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Able to cope with constant changes in a challenging environment.
