The person we are looking for will be responsible for:
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings, appointments and record minutes
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms
- File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
- Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
- Make Visa and travel arrangements
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties

Educational Requirements: MBA/MA in English or relevant discipline
