Position Name: Head of HR

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

  • Providing leadership for HR management.
  • Developing & Implementing Organizational development.
  • Evaluating performance and improving the skills of employees.
  • Recruitment, staffing, pay structure, performance management system, staff orientation & benefits planning.
  • Managing employees, conflict resolution, employee counseling and welfare.
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of HR related documents.
  • Time to time performance evaluation.
  • Look after & update employee leaves, yearly increment and salary adjustments.
  • Monitoring Interviews/ Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining discipline in the office.
  • Other duties as and when assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements:

  • Minimum post graduation/MBA majoring in HR or in management from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:

  • At least 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Office management, HR management.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Age 35+
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills in Bangla & English.
  • Efficient in using MS Office.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Must be able to work under pressure and stressful situation.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: Negotiable
